| 1.) Delete your browser’s cache and cookies at least once a week if not more often, especially if you surf a lot of Traffic Exchanges. NOTE: This may make you have to login twice to W-T your first time only right after deleting your cache & cookies.
2.) Do not access W-T through a third party service like AOL. Instead, open your browser directly from your desktop to access your account. This is also true for the FREE credits links you receive in your Solo Ad emails.
3.) Make sure you are using the newest version of your browser available for your computer’s operating system and also use the latest operating system possible on your computer.
4.) Be sure your monitor resolution is set at the one of the highest resolutions available. Lower resolutions enlarge the image that you are previewing and may cut off content from your viewing area.
5.) If you have your browser’s preview set larger than 100% to read text easier, it may also be cutting off imagery from your viewing area. Be sure you have it set to preview at 100%. Some browsers’ preferences such as Firefox allow you to increase your font preview size without actually enlarging the entire page.
6.) If you have problems using our surfbar system after checking each item mentioned above, try using a different browser.
WAHM-Trade strives to use the most current version of Traffic Exchange software, always, that is available to ensure you have the most current tools and services possible as well as keeping in line with many of the newer versions of browsers and computer operating systems available. (See #3 above.)
Therefore currently all browsers and their more recent versions are all known to work just fine with WAHM-Trade except for some of the more recent versions of Safari.
